International Travel

Make sure to provide an itinerary to the Office of Student Affairs well in advance of travel, but no later than two weeks in advance of travel. The itinerary should contain:

  • Details of travel arrangements (flight numbers, times)
  • At least one daily contact telephone number
  • Overnight destinations (including contact information
  • A list of all planned activities
  • A list of all travelers
